    Here’s How You Can Help:

    1. Be Part of the Action: Attend the SEPARC annual meeting! Your presence is the most valuable way to support our cause, contribute to discussions, and help shape the future of conservation.

    2. Make a Cash Contribution: Financial gifts give us the flexibility to cover meeting expenses, keep registration fees low, and provide student travel assistance. Your donation, big or small, plays a crucial role in making the meeting accessible to everyone.

    3. Donate Items for the Silent Auction: Do you have outdoor gear, books, art, gift cards, or other items to contribute? Your donations help us raise funds through our silent auction, supporting SEPARC's ongoing work.

    How to Donate:

    • Credit Card Donations: Click the "Donate" button on our website. Please note a small service fee (3%) will be deducted by Square.

    • Check Contributions: Write a check to “Amphibian and Reptile Conservancy” with "SEPARC" in the memo line and mail it to: ARC, 6844 Bardstown Rd, Suite 677, Louisville, KY 40291

For any questions or additional information, feel free to reach out to us at separc@separc.org.

  • Silent Auction Items Needed!

We need your help in rounding up some awesome treasures for our annual silent auction. Hosting a silent auction at our meeting is one of the ways we support meeting costs, presentation awards, travel grants, and other organization action items. Please help us with this event by dropping items donated at the registration table when you arrive onsite. We can't wait for another fun event!

  • More information coming soon!

  • You can submit your nomination for the Conservation Hero Award by clicking here. The deadline has been extended until further notice.

  • The SEPARC Annual Photo Contest will occur during each annual meeting with final judging and announcement of winners at the award ceremony on Saturday, the last full day of the meeting.

    Categories:

There will be two categories, 1) Amphibians and 2) Reptiles. Photos can be of animal subjects in their natural habitat, portraits of species in captive environments, and species and people engaged in conservation, outreach, and/or research-related activities. Additionally, please ensure that the image was obtained ethically (i.e. permits required to interact with the animal were available and the animal was not placed under undue stress for the photo).
